How fast can you diagnose my PC or laptop?
Most diagnosis jobs are estimated at 1 to 2 days after the device reaches us. Intermittent issues may need longer stress testing.
Do you provide doorstep pickup and return?
Yes, doorstep pickup and return is available islandwide across Singapore, including Jurong and the West, at no extra charge on most repairs.
Can everything be repaired on-site?
Simple fixes like driver issues or loose connections can often be sorted on the spot. Thermal work, part swaps and anything needing testing time is done at our workshop for a proper job.
Do you service GPUs?
Yes. We handle GPU thermal pad and paste replacement, fan bearing checks, and diagnostics for artifacting, crashing, or overheating cards.
Do repairs come with warranty or support?
Yes, every repair comes with a service warranty, and we're reachable on WhatsApp if anything comes up after you get your PC back.
Will you access my files or need my login?
We only access what's needed to diagnose and fix the issue. We won't go through personal files, and you're welcome to back up or remove anything sensitive beforehand.
Can I buy a refurbished PC from $499?
Yes, we occasionally have refurbished desktops available from $499, fully tested and ready to use. WhatsApp us to check current stock.
