How fast can you diagnose my PC or laptop?
Most diagnosis jobs are estimated at 1 to 2 days after the device reaches us. Intermittent issues may need longer stress testing.
Do you provide doorstep pickup and return?
Yes. We can arrange pickup and return across Singapore, then update you directly on WhatsApp.
Can everything be repaired on-site?
An on-site callout is standard $88, but it does not mean every PC can be repaired fully on-site. Bad motherboards, GPUs, power faults, or older uncommon parts may need workshop diagnosis, compatible part sourcing and a clear quote before repair proceeds.
Do you service GPUs?
Yes. GPU servicing tiers are $128, $168 and $228 depending on GPU complexity. We use authentic Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM material and Thermal Grizzly putty where suitable.
Do repairs come with warranty or support?
Yes. We provide a standard 90-day warranty after repair, limited to the repair performed. It does not cover unrelated faults, new damage, or issues outside the repair scope.
Will you access my files or need my login?
We do not open personal files. Login access may be requested only to check whether BitLocker is enabled or to run stress tests inside your OS. Changing parts or BIOS settings can trigger BitLocker recovery; if the recovery key is unavailable, the device can lock you out. We are not liable for BitLocker lockouts caused by missing recovery keys and we strictly abide by PDPA.
Can I buy a refurbished PC from $499?
Yes, when stock is available. WhatsApp us to check current specs, condition, price and suitability.
