01
What information we handle
When you contact or book with DreamPC, we may receive your name, phone number, email, pickup address, device model, symptoms, photos, messages and service history.
Payment providers handle payment processing. We may keep transaction references, receipts and invoices for accounting and service records.
02
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, arrange pickup and return, diagnose devices, prepare quotes, complete approved work, process payments and provide warranty support. We explain any additional purpose and obtain consent where required.
03
Your device and personal files
We do not browse personal files as part of routine repair. Access is limited to agreed diagnostics and testing. If you request data migration, copying the agreed data is part of that service.
We ask for explicit approval before reformatting or wiping a drive. Back up important files and your BitLocker recovery key, and tell us about access restrictions before handing over your device.
04
Who may receive information
We share the details needed with delivery providers to arrange pickup or return, and with service or warranty providers where needed for your approved work. Payment and messaging providers also process information under their own policies.
Information may be disclosed when legally required. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we must meet the applicable Singapore data-protection requirements.
05
Website preferences and external services
If you choose “Use my location” on the coverage map and grant browser permission, your coordinates are used in your browser to highlight a region. DreamPC does not send or store those coordinates. You can also select a region manually.
This site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Hosting and font providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when content loads. We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our service pages and clicks on WhatsApp and telephone links. Our custom events include the page, service and button location, not your contact details or WhatsApp message contents. Google may process technical information and use analytics cookies under its own policies. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure WhatsApp link clicks from advertising. This records an enquiry initiation, not the content of a message. Meta advertising tracking is not enabled. WhatsApp and telephone links work even if analytics is blocked.
Opening WhatsApp, Google reviews or social links takes you to third-party services with their own privacy policies.
06
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed for service. No system offers absolute security.
We retain personal data only while needed for its purpose or legitimate legal and business needs, including invoices, warranty support and dispute handling. When those needs end, we delete it or remove the identifying information.
07
Access, correction and consent
You can request access to your personal data, correction of an error, or withdrawal of consent by contacting us below. We may verify your identity and explain any applicable limitations or charges before processing a request.
Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to complete a booking or provide support; we will explain the consequences. You can also ask us to delete information, subject to any continuing legal or business retention needs.

Existing booking terms — separate from privacy
Cancellation and no-shows: DreamPC reserves the right to enforce a non-refundable policy on diagnostic deposits or full payments if a client misses an arranged pickup or repeatedly reschedules.
Service voids: Failure to respond to scheduling messages, causing wasted logistics cost or missed windows for other customers, may result in service cancellation without refund to cover operational costs.
