Thermal cleaning and GPU servicing for Singapore PCs.
GPUs collect dust and old thermal material over time. We service the card carefully with authentic Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM material and Thermal Grizzly putty where suitable, reassemble it, then run temperature, 3DMark and gaming checks before return.
If a GPU is already failing, teardown or stress testing can reveal the fault. We will explain the risk, options and quote before pushing ahead with risky work.

How fast can a repair be done?
Diagnosis is usually estimated at 1 to 2 days after the device reaches us. Intermittent issues may need longer stress testing.
Do you repair both desktops and laptops?
Yes. DreamPC handles desktop and laptop diagnostics, servicing, cleaning, repasting, upgrades and practical repair advice.
Can you service GPUs?
Yes. GPU servicing tiers are $128, $168 and $228 depending on GPU complexity. We use authentic Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM material and Thermal Grizzly putty where suitable, then test temperatures and stability before return.
Can everything be repaired on-site?
An on-site callout is standard $88, but it does not guarantee every fault can be repaired fully on-site. Bad motherboards, GPUs, power faults, or older uncommon parts may need workshop diagnosis, compatible part sourcing and a clear quote before repair proceeds.
Do repairs include warranty?
Yes. We provide a standard 90-day warranty after repair, limited to the repair performed. It does not cover unrelated faults, new damage, or issues outside the repair scope.
Will you touch my files or need my login?
We do not open personal files. Login access may be requested only to check whether BitLocker is enabled or to run stress tests inside your OS. Changing parts or BIOS settings can trigger BitLocker recovery; if the recovery key is unavailable, the device can lock you out. We are not liable for BitLocker lockouts caused by missing recovery keys and we strictly abide by PDPA.
